Billing ownership
Every workspace should have at least:
- One primary billing contact.
- One backup finance or operations contact.
- One admin who can coordinate subscription changes with Linea.
Keeping billing ownership separate from day-to-day mailbox administration usually reduces operational risk.
What to confirm during launch
Before going live, confirm:
- Which plan or commercial agreement applies to your workspace.
- Who receives invoices or billing notifications.
- How renewals, upgrades, or expansion requests are handled.
- Which internal team approves changes in mailbox volume or scope.
Ongoing billing operations
Document a standard process for:
- Adding new users or mailboxes.
- Expanding to additional domains.
